Event Co-ordination Services

ELIZABETH PLACE has a team of event organizers, including Wedding Coordinators whom are at your disposal for organizing your wedding or function skilfully from start to finish. Our main goal is to manage all the necessary aspects required to host an extraordinary event and to ensure you have a stress free experience.


ELIZABETH PLACE can offer you the following services to ensure a perfect event:

  • Wedding consultation Our wedding coordinator will spend a minimum of two hours with the bride and/or groom at a time convenient to you. During the consultation session the coordinator will discuss the various tasks and role players necessary to ensure a successful event and share with the couple our list of excellent contacts.
  • Event coordination
    Our event coordinator will spend a minimum of two hours with the client at a time convenient to you. During the consultation session the coordinator will discuss the various tasks and role players necessary to ensure a successful event and discuss and plan the various tasks ELIZABETH PLACE will organize on their behalf. Our coordinator will be available throughout the planning stages for ongoing assistance and consultation.
  • Event coordination at another venue
    The skilled events management team of ELIZABETH PLACE is available to organize your unique event at any venue in the Port Elizabeth region. Our coordinators will spend a minimum of two hours with the client at a time convenient to you. During the consultation session the coordinator will discuss the various tasks and role players necessary to ensure a successful event and discuss and plan the various aspects ELIZABETH PLACE will organize and oversee on their behalf. Our coordinator will be available throughout the planning stages for ongoing assistance.
